A day late and a silver dollar pancake short...




Happy Belated Pancake Day! I know, I know... I'm a little late. Oh well. The hubs has the day off and so this morning I made him a fantastic pancake breakfast for the occasion. Chocolate chip, blueberry and buttermilk were on the menu. Yum. I just love food celebrations.

    Yum! Yeah, I completely missed pancake day, too. I'm going to write it on a calendar for next year for sure. Celebration is a must. :)
